Acceptance

By using OVERSKILL.gg you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to contract. Read access is public; to interact (any action that writes data) you need a connected Steam session. You are responsible for ensuring that taking part in competitions with monetary prizes is lawful where you reside.

The platform

OVERSKILL.gg offers skill-based competitive matchmaking. Matches may carry a USDT stake. Prizes settle on-chain through smart contracts; the platform does not act as a custodian or intermediary of funds at settlement.

Stakes, prizes, and fees

Stakes and payouts are made in USDT through your wallet. The platform charges a fee (rake) on matches as stated in the product. On-chain transactions are irreversible; always review amounts before confirming.

Conduct and anti-cheat

Cheating, unauthorized software, collusion, or any manipulation of outcomes is prohibited. We may suspend accounts, void matches, and apply sanctions for breaches, including integration with anti-cheat systems.

Rewards program

Promotional rewards are a free sweepstakes, are not redeemable for money, and do not affect match outcomes or matchmaking. They are governed by their own rules where applicable.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of funds resulting from user error, third-party failures (Steam, RPC providers, the blockchain network), or causes beyond our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and the current version is identified above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of OVERSKILL.gg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
